nausea!!!!! help

So I'm only about 6 weeks and this pregnancy is already a tough one. This is my 3rd one but the morning sickness is killing me from the moment I wake up till I go to bed. Idk what to do I didn't have morning sickness with my other 2 kids so this is new to me. Any advice?
