What are your diaper bag essentials?

Question

Aside from the obvious diapers and wipes, what are your essentials to keep in your diaper bag for organization and/or preparedness?

So far I've registered for the bag, the insulated bottle bag, pacifier pod, wipes holder and disposable diaper bags. I plan on keeping a change of clothes, nursing cover and wrap in there also.

Honesty, after the obvious diapers/wipes/travel size diaper cream:
I keep a clean onesie inside a zip lock (when a poop blowout occurs put the dirty one in the zip lock until you get home. Bonus points if you rinse it first.)

Once they're old enough a cup and snacks. It's nice to have the sanitizing wipes for tables when they start to eat out. I also like to keep a small hand sanitizer in my bag too.

I've never used a diaper bag, just a regular backpack style purse with the necessities. In my trunk I keep extra diapers, wipes, clothes and other ransoms but I definitely don't carry them with me in general
