Stretch Marks

I am 32 weeks today and stretch marks just appeared on my lower stomach and they are not attractive :( not feeling very attractive my mom had 6 kids and never had stretch marks so I was hoping I would be the same and then boom they appear.  Anyone else just recently get these? And any way to minimize the appearance or make sure I don't get a ton more??
