Breastfeeding and ttc

Hey ladies. I'm almost 5 months pp with my lovely daughter. My fiance and I have a 6 year age gap. I'm almost 20 and he's almost 26. We want to try again now and have kids close in age. We had sex 2 weeks pp. We have our own home, own car, getting married in 3 months.. We have sex about every 2 days or so but I also breastfeed. I had my 'period' which lasted 3 days and was super light beginning of June.. any ways to help me get pregnant with my 2nd and his 3rd.
