Lazy/ Crossed Eyes

My daughter's "sperm donor" is blind in his left eye, and it's lazy. His brother also had the same problem. Looking at him now (his brother), you couldn't tell. He didn't refuse the treatments but he was 6 or so when it was started. Wolf (donor) refused it and it's very obvious and he has literally no sight in the left eye. I've read it's genetic, and the pediatrician's confirmed that. But that was before I started to see it in my daughter. She's four weeks old today, and I've been seeing it subtly lately. But today I really noticed it pretty badly. Called her peds office and they're booked solid for months. What should my next move be? If I take her to an urgent care, would they give her a referral to a doctor that can help her? I've seen how badly Wolf was bullied for it, even at 25. I can only imagine how kids in school will make my sweet baby girl feel about herself. I refuse to allow her to go through that. My five year old daughter has even started to pick at her about it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
