pain when pulling out diva cup

Does anyone else feel this? Am I taking it out wrong ? I just got mine yesterday & it's really painful when I'm pulling it out, I got the right size (model 1) but idk if it's because the rim is big or my vagina is tight.. (when I'm not aroused of course)
