discomfort during sex

Has anyone had burning or vaginal discomfort while having sex? I have and I seriously do not know why. I don't use a condom with my partner now but maybe is it from the cleaning products I use such as summers eve? I haven't been using them a lot lately but I'm not sure what this could be from!
