False Hope

My husband and I got married in May, which was just over a month ago but we were trying for about five months before we got married and we are continually trying and nothing is happening. We are both young, 19 years old but we know what we want and we want to start our family. I feel like I am losing hope and it's quite upsetting. Needing words of Incouragement or tips. I've tried everything. Prenatal vitamins, fish oil, fertility diets, ovulation tests, everything I know what to do.
