progesterone please comment

Hi ladies. I had my progesterone checked today because I started a light bleed at 7dpo and it was 35 nmol. I was on a medicated cycle but not on any progesterone. Just gonal f and then the ovedril trigger. Is this number ok or too low? I know it's meant to be high if "medicated" but does that just mean if you are on progesterone meds after ovulation? Or if you did any kinds of meds even before ovulation?
