Drinking Enough Water
I'm feeling really bad because I know I'm not drinking enough water.. Before I was pregnant, I could literally go days and forget to drink water at all. I just drank milk or juice or soda or tea or other things, but not often water. And now I'm almost 9 weeks along and I know I need to be drinking a LOT of water but I'm finding it hard to even dunk a few glasses a day because it's just not a habit for me. I'm very bad about picking up new habits and sticking with them.. That's why diets and a healthy sleep pattern have never been a thing for me 😂 Ok but seriously, I'm feeling really bad about it but I'm trying 😞
