so i been angry lately, at life, my dumb boyfriend and family. I been punching walls and stuff like that, i need something other than alcohol for me not to get mad and angry.

I take a pill for depression and anxiety and it helps but its also good to talk with a counselor. Try asking your doctor for an anti anxiety pill. Also if you believe in god praying and reading the bible helps. 💚 good luck!
