Pimple to sore?

So I had a big pimple on my nose for about a

week and I decided to pop it last Friday and

this is what it looks like now..it's been like this

for about 4 days🙃.  I have been putting

alcohol, vasline, and neosporin on it and

nothing seems to be helping... What other

things should I do to make this go away?

I did that a few weeks ago but even worse. The only thing you can do honestly is to stop picking it or touch it it will just make it worse. The only thing that helped mw during this process was to do that and to exfoliate my face. I did that because i realized that the next few days after picking it dead skin startwd to develop, so i exfoliated to get rid of the dead skin amd it really helped. Afterwards, i would just put vaseline on it then moisturise my whole face.
