I've always had hip pains while sleeping on either side (always tossing and turning😔) even before pregnancy. Im a little over 7 weeks now and am affraid it will only get worse as im further along. Its definitely acting up a lot more now already. I was wondering if anybody has any tips to help hip pains? I will definitely be talking to my doctor about it but im just seeing if anyone has any good tips in the mean time. Thank you.
