my baby is getting sick :(

She's getting sick and Idk what to do to Avoid it . She already has a stuffy nose and can hardly breath and now she's been coughing. My baby is 10 months. I'm going to buy the nose Frieda see if that helps but as for her cough ? What else can I do ? I'll add that we're not in our state so i can't call her pedi or take her in for a checkup
