Should I wait? PLEASE READ 1st

I'm talking to this new guy and I want him so bad. We have a really good connection. He is really an ideal guy. And he makes it apparent that he sees something in me and is looking forward to starting something with me. We have only been talking for going on 3 weeks now. I'm trying to wait until ik he feels for me first but it's difficult. Just two days ago we had a steamy make out session. The way he kissed me, licked me, grabbed me, held me, touched me, and grinded on me we were seconds from having sex. But we stopped. And I have been thinking should I wait until he has feelings for me? Or should I just go for it?
