Off Topic, Please Help

I'm hoping that someone here is at least a doctor or something of that sort. I've had ulcers since March 2017, and I've been taking Zantac. I stopped taking it for a week and that was a month ago. I got to where I couldn't eat anything at all but once I started taking my medication I got better. Now it's a month later and I've been taking the medication since then, but here lately I've been more nauseous than usual and I'm not sure if my ulcer's are getting worse or not. I'm just looking for help to see what I can do to make the pain go away. I've also had digestion issues and more abdominal pain and discomfort, which I read as symptoms of ulcers.
