I thought I paid it (so many medical bills from fertility testing). I just received a bill sayings it's 30 days late. I'm calling first thing Monday to pay it. I'm hoping it doesn't go to collections. It has three boxes at the bottoms 30 days late, 60 and 90. So I'm guessing 90 days is the cut off. I can't believe I didn't pay it 😩

Youre okay, it wont go to collections that soon

They won't send you to collections that early, because collections will only pay them a part of what the bill is for for the debt.  They usually let it go a few months before they write it off and forward it on.

I had a hospital bill that was unpaid for over a year before it got sent to collections.

You are probably fine. Even if it goes to collections it takes them while to report it against your credit score.
