Worried about my boyfriend

My boyfriend is at a party and he sent me some concerning texts, but now he has not been replying for over an hour. It is 00:30 where I live, just so you know. I am a bit worried. Should I call him? How do I not seem like an obsessed girlfriend/mom? I know how he is when going out with friends, most of the times he ends up vomiting and people carrying him to bed. They are planning on going into town, I'm worried something bad might happen. What should I do?
