Super out of shape. But I went rock climbing today ( indoor ) Super intense, really didn't think it was going to be. I got to the top but damn... I almost quit a couple of times
What do you guys do to get healthy and stay fit?
Fyi. I had fatty food for dinner. There goes my work out.
