hymen

Okay I've read up on "cherry popping" during sex and I know nothing pops or anything. But I'm ready for sex I'm on birth control and my bf is gonna wear a condom so everything is perfect besides how tight I am. It's so ridiculous. I wasn't able to put a tampon in until age 14 and it hurts to put anything up there. It seems like my hymen is relatively big and I feel like there's nothing I can do. I know I can stretch it some before sex it just hurts badly. I've talked to my mom and she's even said your gonna have to suck it up and stretch it out. Any tips?
