Help please? Getting my baby ready for Nursery

My baby girl is starting Nursery/Daycare in September.  That is so sad for me...I will miss her so much and no one seems to understand.
She will be 1year & 2 months old. Naps in Daycare are from 12.30 to 3pm. 
My baby just naps for 30minutes, around 3 times a day. I never put her in the crib to fall asleep, as she always cries that way. So she only falls asleep on my arms. 
How can I get my baby ready to Nursery sleep routine?

I would try to get her on the daycare schedule. Try not to give her short naps during the day and she might sleep for the 2.5 hours cause she'll be extremely tiered. But honestly I've worked at a preschool and the first day they usually are so excited with the new environment and new friends that they go with the flow because of the other kids and they don't get tiered until nap time. They copy the other kids. And after a week or two they get used to it. You have no idea how many parents are in awe when their child doesn't nap that long at home and they sleep better at school. Kids act so differently in other environments. Don't stress too much about it mamma.

Baby should nap for 1:30-2 hours. Try putting baby down after being awake for 3 hours. If baby wakes up at 8, nap should be at 12. I had to nap train my son because he'd only sleep on me or in the car and that made for a very cranky baby. He then wakes up around 1:30 and his next nap is at 4:30. This nap is only about 45 minutes long and I'm sure it'll get shorter until he adjusts to only 1 nap per day. He's in bed by 8 and sleep 11-12 hours per night. We sleep trained him, there were tears but he's much happier and well rested.

On the same boat 🙋🏻 my daughter naps either in a stroller, car seat, or on someone... she will not just casually doze off in a crib for naptime. She starts daycare in August and she'll be 14 months and I'm wondering (worried) about how that's going to go.
