12th dpo brown spotting

Ok so im pretty sure im out this month 😭 but last night I had a little brown spotting and that was at 12 dpo. This morning bfn and no spotting. The witch is due tomorrow. But ive never had the brown spotting before. Grasping at straws here but has anyone had or heard of anything like this and gotten a BFP a couple days later?
