Question everyone

Had my baby feburary this month june i had my cycle on the 11th to 15th now seem like im on my cycle again today 25th ? Have anyone else had this expierence with two cycles in one month and what can it be ? Since i had a c section everytime i have sex i have pain while having sex too any advice on that ? Tomorrow im setting up an appointment with my doctor ....tbh im kinda scared because i dont know what theses things could be
