PLEASE HELP! Deep blue ??

I've never been in so much pain. I'm 18 weeks pregnant and I'm in so much pain. I think I pulled a nerve in my shoulder that is causing Screwming and crying kind of pain. Is Deep Blue Reterra okay??

I had a lot of lower back pain when I was pregnant and I googled if using any kind of muscle rubs are safe and every answer I found was that they are not safe. I've never heard of deep blue, maybe read up on it if it's safe to use during pregnancy. I found heating pads and ice helped a bit but it sucks cause you can't do much more than that. Maybe talk to your doctor and ask if there are creams or pills that are safe
