app says I drank to much water.

So I recorded that I drank 10 cups of water today and this app told me that I drank to much water. Where I live is in the middle of a heat wave with close to 30 degree weather. Is it ok to drink "to much water" when it's so hot out and you are trying to keep hydrated?
