Has anybody gotten the IUD and how painful is it?

Curious if the IUD is as painful as they say?

Me and my sister got mirena and we both agree that it was very painful ☹️ It like a really sore pinching and then cramping after. Other than the insertion and removal, I absolutely loved it! I had zero side effects and didn't get my period the whole time. Once I chose to remove it, I got pregnant within 2 months.

I got the Liletta a week ago, putting it in was not bad at all. Most people who say it is very painful have not had babies. I got it two months PP and it was just a little cramping

I didn't think it was bad at all. Just some very light cramping that I hardly noticed. I've had it for 2 weeks and I'm probably going to ask to get it taken out at my monthly check up. I have anxiety about it causing infertility. And I've been cramping and bleeding the whole time. NOT spotting. It's a huge pain and I'm sick of it. Not worth it IMO. I never should have gotten it

I didn't think having it put in hurt at all except where the speculum rubbed where my tear was but that's just my problem. I couldn't feel the actual IUD at all. I was crampy for a few hours after but it wasn't unbearable. I've had it for 2 weeks now and had some light spotting but no other cramping or pain. Totally worth it IMO.
