Bleeding

I'm past 6 weeks postpartum already and I'm assuming I got my period. I've been bleeding for a week now. Started getting heavy about Thursday. I took ibuprofen on Saturday and a couple hours later I stopped bleeding. Went to sleep and woke up the next morning and had a bunch of blood. I did the same thing that day took a ibuprofen and quit bleeding the rest of the day. Now today I'm bleeding again. Is that normal for a period or would this be considered lochia? It's very bright red blood
