Help?? Please comment thoughts.

So I'm supposed to be ovulating today, but my test for ovulation are not showing any LH surge. But my breast have been hurting so bad, they have never been this sensitive usually they do you get kind of sensitive around ovulation but not like this I actually went to Walmart yesterday evening and bought nipple cream to put on and soothe them... I just don't get it... usually LH surge shows when glow says I'm ovulating but I guess this month it's a little off or something??? I just wanted to see if anyone has experienced this... nipples are so sore...  've never had this happen before when I'm ovulating. Is it because I'm getting older??
