Confused.🤔🤔

Hey guys! So we are on month seven of trying. I am around 6 or 7 dpo. Shortly after ovulation my nipples hurt really bad for a few days but don't anymore. My boobs are more full (my husband noticed) but do not hurt and I have been having cramps for about 4 days or so on and off. Not as bad as period cramps but similar. Another thing is I've been having heart flutters here and there for around 4 days or so. Just wanted to see if any of you have had similar things going on. I want to be hopeful but I'm scared of being disappointed again. What do y'all think? I am 32 and my husband is 35.😘😘
