Pain!

I'm a FTM and I have no idea what exactly is considered normal, but my vagina freakin hurts these last two or three days. Today especially. Sometimes it's just a very quick twinge of pain, which I assume is the "lightning crotch" feeling. But today it just feels like constant pressure and feels so so sore! I don't believe I've had any contractions at this point. I have my 34 week appt on Wednesday so I'll talk to my doctor then as long as it doesn't get much worse. But is this considered normal at this point? Any reason to be concerned or call the doctor earlier than wednesday?
