did I finally get AF back?

Been TTC since March of this year since I've been officially off the Depo shot. Only had the shot Twice. I haven't gotten my period since. Just brown spotting. This weekend, on Friday, I was having cramps for the 1st time again. And I wiped and it had a little bit of blood. Didn't pay attention to it. Then Saturday, I was actually bleeding Red for the first time so I got a pad incase. And that only lasted a day and a Half. Now nothing 😔 Was that my period or spotting? Before the Depo, my period were irregular and would last 4-7days. It was bright red. A good amount. But only when I'd wipe or use the restroom. I finally had cramps but for One day. I dont use ovulation tests. I take Prenatals and I ordered Vitex and that should be coming tomorrow in the mail.
