Asking for friend: she had sex with guy A on April 10 and sex with guy B on May 26. Today June 26 she just found out she was about 8 weeks pregnant. She said she did have a period in May.  Guy A has passed away.

Okay well we are in June and you can't be 8 weeks if you only had sex a month ago. So obviously it's guy A. Not that hard to figure out 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ 🙄

Guy A unless an ultrasound shows she's a month less along then it'd be guy B

I would get a DNA test. If guy A has siblings or living parents you can test through them.

She needs to get a dna test that is the only way to know for sure who the father is and if its not the living person she can go theough the courts to get the body exumed and a dna test done that way and if it is proven his she can apply for survivors benefits

Theres only one way to find out : wait till baby is born . Or you can also do a prenatal dna test but it cost money.
