how do I use these?

Me and my husband have been TTC for 10 (going on 11 months) now and have had no luck. My periods are like clockwork but I'm terrified I'm not ovulating, is that possible? To get regular periods but not ovulate? 
I ordered these (a pack of 50 ovulation strips) but I've never used them before, is there a certain way to use them for an accurate reading?

Do not test using fmu that was my biggest mistake for months. I always take my first test around 12pm-1pm then again around 6pm.. yesterday I had a negative at 1pm but had a positive at 6pm.

Pee in a cup and follow the instructions on the box. I've never used them but that's what my sister did while trying for her second baby.

The ones I used said to not use fmu, to wait a few hours after waking up. I would test on my lunch break and then again after work. I kept doing this until I got a positive test. Positive will be when the test line is as dark or darker than the control line. The day I got a positive ended up being my evening test rather than the one earlier in the day. Depending on the test they say you should ovulate 12-72 hours after a positive. I'd see if yours came with instructions and follow them.

Test atleast twice a day between cycle days 10 and up. Thats what i did. To make sure you dont miss the ovulation surge (when both lines look the same) that means you should ovulate with the next 1-2 days.

I have those exact ovulation strips! I just started using them this month but unfortunately AF came today, so I'm out until next month.
The day you want to start using the strips to test for ovulation depends on how many days you have in your cycle. If you chart your AF and have a normal cycle, like I do, I would suggest you start testing on the first day your calendar says is a fertile day and keep testing until you get a positive. When you get a positive, it means you will ovulate in 24-48 hours, so you will want to BD the day you get a positive result and every day you continue to get a positive result and then the day after your last positive result. I don't think you have to test more than once per day, and I don't think time necessarily matters, but you can't use FMP and testing around the same time every day would be a good idea to be consistent.

Thank you so much! They should be coming in the mail in a couple days so I'll be able to test next month (if Aunt Flo shows her ugly self in a week) which I'm preparing for her to do 😞 but. Fingers crossed I'm still ovulating regularly ☺️
