Buying pram before ivf

Ok so just awaiting date to start ivf but i've seen a travel system on ebay that i really really want which incorporates a running pushchair its at a really good price and i'm worried if i miss it now i wont find one as nice when we hopefully get our success with ivf.... obviously there is no guarantee that this will work but i could always sell it on again... what are your thoughts would you buy it or is it bad luck (i'm not normally supersticious but after 3 years trying i will take any luck i can get! Lol) xxx
