time to go???

Okay so at 9:30 last night (June 26th) I got a Foley catheter inserted to dilate me more. Starting at around 1:30 am I had really severe contractions that were every 1-2 minutes lasting 2-5 minutes each, for about an hour. I ended up falling asleep around 2:30 and woke up around 3:37 to pee, after I went pee my catheter fell out after only having it for 6 hours. Been having slight contractions since it fell out, when should I go to the hospital?
