From natural to csection
I'm 37 weeks pregnant now I had a baby girl last June . I was induce at 37 weeks because my blood pressure went high and my feet were super swollen and a week before I lost my mucus plug . I got to the hospital around 9:30 am . When they start to indunce me the contraction were just like small cramp I didn't have problem handling and make me dizzy as well . I didn't want to have epidural because I had one before and cause me a lot pain on my back and discomfort.
By 3 pm nurse offer me soMe pain killer that knock me out because my Doctor came to room to check on me and broke my water without me even notice I was 5 cm at the time . Around 5 clock my contraction got stronger and closer they were 4 minutes apart and very painful 😖. I wasn't allowed to get up of bed and contraction were 2 minutes apart I was still 5cm and nursw told me I need at least 8 cm
To start pushing. I was desperate at point I ask for epidural because I didn't know how long will take to go to 8cm . When I was getting the epidural my doctor come to the room letting me know the possibility of csection because the contraction were making the baby heart to stop and they were to close and I was still 5cm.
I told her to go head at take her out I didn't want to anything bad happen to her . By 6:45 pm my baby girl was born via c-section
I did feel everything that was going on while they cut me and sew me back. I didn't feel no pain However when anesthesia start leaving mine body I was pretty cold and shaking a lot I was afraid to hold my baby 👶.
By the time I got to my room around 8 i was able to hold her i did have contact before but this was first time I was holding he on my arms.
In my experience recovery from csection it was pretty easy I wasn't able to move quickly I need ed help going to the bathroom because the toilet was low, we slept in our living room for one week because our bed is way to high for me to try to climb in. My husband even try putting step i couldn't make it at that time . It was easy to clean the wound . My doctor remove the staples a week later after csection. I did breastfeed for 3 months only because my supply came really late and I wasn't able to keep up with my hungry 👶. I bleed for 6 weeks like my doctor told me however some weeks it was like I didn't have anything at all and others day were pretty heavy. I will have another csection on July 2017
