Please read and give me some advice!

So AF is 4 days late. No spotting, slight cramping but not quite cramping more like pinches, Nausea and my appetite had increased severely. I'm slightly constipated and so exhausted. Ordered some tests so will update but does this sound like I could finally be pregnant?
