anyone else self conscious about their breast?

Im 25 
I was sexually abused in my childhood and then raped when I was 12 and it's been so hard to love myself. Specially my breast

I can't stand them. I don't want them. I don't feel feminine as I feel they sag and my nipples are so big. I hate feeling so self conscious. Anyone else?

I don't like my body, and I don't feel any sort of empowerment for needing to. I don't feel like we have to embrace every part of ourselves. It's not like I need to present them somewhere.

I'm so sorry you went through that. I understand what you mean about your boobs. It took me 7 years to love my boobs. The hang a bit the nipples are small.  It takes a lot of work. I became more body aware and that really helped. I got involved in the body positivity community on tumblr and it really helped me. I think there may be some deeper issues with you not being at peace with your body. And that's understandable. Have you thought of talking to a councillor? I did a few years ago. It helped me a little. I know that what you went through will never go away and I'm so sorry about that. Xx
