pain after sex

My boyfriend and I don't see each other a lot because he lives an hour away but he comes to stay with me every week or so. So last night we had sex once and I was okay, but the second time, in the same man on top position, he went really deep and hit my cervix pretty hard. When we were done I had to just lay there because the pain was unbearable! It was like perid cramps x10. There was a lot of pressure down there and it hurt to move for about 10-15 minutes then it slowly faded. Then a couple hours later we had sex again and I was fine. That had never happened to me before. I was recently tested and don't have any STIs or other infections. I do believe I am prone to ovarian cysts, would that be the cause for it? I just find it strange that he only went that deep the one time, any other time it seems he can't get deep enough to hit my cervix like he did.
