MIL in the delivery room

So long story short my MIL keeps making comments about being in the room to my husband. I've made it very clear to him I'm uncomfortable with this. He said it's not about me it about the baby being born and nobody is there to look at my private areas... he also stated that if I wanted MY MOTHER who gave birth to me to be in there then his mom will be too..,. We aren't pregnant we won't be spread out for the entire world to see so I don't think this is a we decision
