Started acyclovir yesterday. Is it normal to feel a little worse before feeling better? I had only a couple spots like the one in this pic in my throat yesterday. Today there are some smaller ones on my tonsils, which are now a little swollen. Is this how herpes manifests in the throat? It feels like strep but isn't: lowgrade fever and I'm getting some congestion/mucous building up
