First ultrasound was today. I should be at least 7 (7.5 based on LMP and early pos pregnancy test). However, I measured at 5 +6. There was a yolk sac and fetal pole, but no heartbeat. She thinks it may be a missed miscarriage. I'm devasted. She wants me to come back next week to repeat and see if there is growth. My fingers are crossed and I'm trying to remain hopeful. I've had no spotting and very light cramping (but that hasn't been new). My mom said I always measured very small so I'm hoping genetics plays a part here and I'm going through the same thing she went through. Any good vibes and prayers my way is extra appreciated. :)
