Ok so I am super bloated. Even when it's almost time for my AF I don't bloat like this. I almost can't button my pants. Is this normal? Is it a sign? Trying not to look into every little thing it's just not normal for me to barely be able to button my pants

It could be your period or something you ate. Your hormones and stress can do that to you.
