7 days DPO and 7 days till AF

Tomorrow will make 7 and 7 or DPO and AF I took a test a few days ago (Digital) and it was negative.. I couldn't help myself to wait. I've been so upset ever since and and trying to not work myself up to much and wait till a good time. Trying to get opinions on when to test.
