any advice ?

So the guy I have dating for one month says he can have a serious relationship with someone who is working and knows what she's doing and all. He 28 I'm 22. He says I still have to finish college and move out and things change and it's different. I'm ready for a serous relationship with him but he says that you have not explored out yet and how do you know because once you go out in real life you might meet someone.  Honestly I have never met a guy like that and I'm ready for a serious relationship with him. How do I convince him?
