I can't orgasm??

I'm a teen and have been masturbating for about 3 years now so like im not doing it wrong or anything... just I get to a certain point where it gets way to intense and I can't keep going to orgasm because it's too intense to a point where touching around clit feels terrible? Anyone ever have this experience and how do I fix it? This is clit only not penetration
