HCG 3w3d PO twins? single? alien?????

Ok we are a married lesbian couple so we can't get our dates wrong as we know when we made our baby- also we didn't try the previous month. We ovulated on tues6thJuneand inseminated and then we did another insemintion on7th so this would mean 3w 3D said yesterday's HCGtest which was 5250!!!!!!!  I'm worried it's more then one in there as it's well above the average range of HCG - and beacause we aren't a man and woman we can't really have incorrect dates - oh sheeeeit I guess time will tell... wish me luck!!!!
