Decaf Coffee
Anyone drink decaf? I was a heavy coffee drinker and stopped as soon as I found out but want to try decaf just for the taste. I'm 5w 3d. It still has a little caffeine, I believe 8.6 - 13mg versus the 200 in a regular cup. Still ok to sip a little decaf?
