help me

I got drunk two nights ago and I was on my last day of my period. It was practically over, my flow was super light; not even noticeable. So I ended up hooking up with a guy that night. He didn't have a comdom so it ended up being unprotected. Well I could have sworn I had taken my tampon out before we did anything. But as of today I just found that tampon still in, because I've  noticed that there was a weird smell down there and things just felt off down there. So unless drunk me put another one in on accident and only took out the one before I had sex with that guy, or I just thought I took it out. But I'm 99% sure I took it out. Anyways should I be worried of anything?
