Dry nipples orrrr??

Question

I've got these brownish balls of skin on my nipples that can be scratched or pulled off. It's soft, like puss almost. I put lotion on them so I don't think it's dry skin. Anyone have this or know what it is? My nipples don't hurt, but when I pull off some of the skin it stings.

I wouldn't pull off the skin but that happens to me. I'm pregnant though (not sure if you are or not). I'm not quite sure why it happens but it seems normal to me lol

Omg I'm going through this same thing. It's so embarrassing. I'm 26 weeks on Saturday. I have been soaking in the tub at night and kinda gently massaging them and whatever comes off I let it. Then I gently dry them and lotion up. I may just do lotion. I wash daily but don't scrub them bc they're tender from pregnancy so I don't understand it. I was thinking dried colostrum is getting stuck.
